The Community Manager will play a key rolein fostering a vibrant and engaged community both online andoffline.
Responsibilities:
  • CommunityEngagement:
  • Build and nurture apositive and active community around ourbrand.
  • Facilitate conversations and engage withcommunity members across various social mediachannels.
  • Monitor and respond to communityfeedback comments andinquiries.
  • EventHosting:
  • Plan organize and hostevents to bring the communitytogether.
  • Coordinate logistics for both virtualand inperson events.
  • Ensure events align withthe brands values andgoals.
  • CommunicationSkills:
  • Craft compelling andengaging written content for social media posts newsletters andother communication channels.
  • Respond toinquiries in a timely and professionalmanner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop effective communicationstrategies.
  • Social MediaManagement:
  • Maintain aconsistent and active presence on various social mediaplatforms.
  • Create and curate content thatresonates with the community.
  • Monitor socialmedia trends and incorporate relevant content into the overallstrategy.
  • CommunityAdvocacy:
  • Identify andcollaborate with community advocates to amplify the brandsreach.
  • Encourage usergenerated content andshowcase communitycontributions.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in community management or arelated field.
  • CommunicationSkills: Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills.
  • SocialMedia: Indepth understanding of major social mediaplatforms and trends.
  • EventManagement: Proven experience in planning andhosting successful events.
  • TechSavvy: Basic understanding of communication toolsand platforms.
  • PeopleSkills: A natural peopleperson with the ability toconnect and buildrelationships.
