Veeva Vault Clinical professionals
to join our team in
Chennai
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in
CTMS, eTMF, and SSU modules
, strong understanding of clinical trial processes, and
mandatory Veeva Vault certifications
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support
    Veeva Vault Clinical modules
    (CTMS, eTMF, SSU).
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Perform system configurations including workflows, security roles, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
  • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Support validation activities such as test planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in
    Veeva Vault Clinical
    .
  • Strong expertise in at least two modules:
    CTMS, eTMF, SSU
    .
  • Mandatory Veeva Vault certification(s)
    relevant to Clinical Vault.
  • Good knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with system configuration, workflows, roles, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in integrating Veeva Vault with other clinical systems.
  • Exposure to life sciences/clinical research domain projects.
