Position: Veeva Vault Regulatory Configuration Specialist

Location: Chennai

Experience: 4–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure and maintain objects, lifecycles, workflows, security settings, and other Vault application components in Veeva Vault Regulatory.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate requirements into scalable Vault configurations.

· Analyse new Veeva general release features and evaluate their applicability to current business needs.

· Maintain functional & technical configuration documentation for transparency and support traceability.

· Assist in UAT planning and execution by ensuring configured functionalities meet business expectations.

· Provide training and demonstrations to end users on new features and updates.

· Handle BAU (business-as-usual) support, issue resolutions, and minor enhancement requests.

· Ensure compliance with system validation and documentation standards for regulated environments.

Requirements:

· years of hands-on configuration experience in Veeva Vault Regulatory applications (RIM, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Registrations, etc.).

· Familiarity with the regulatory submission lifecycle and global regulatory requirements.

· Strong understanding of Veeva Vault configuration components: objects, document types, lifecycles, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security controls.

· Prior experience working in a life sciences regulatory environment.

· Hands on Config experience. Worked on Rules, Sharing settings, Workflows, Objects and document lifecycles.

· Veeva Vault RIMS experience is must.
