Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Analytics Delivery Leader to lead our team of analysts and data scientists in delivering high-impact analytics solutions to our banking and financial services clients. As an Analytics Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex analytics projects, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of analysts and data scientists in delivering high-quality analytics solutions to banking and financial services clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored analytics solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain expertise in banking and financial services domain, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting for analytics projects
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform business development and sales strategies.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) or a related field
  • 10+years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a focus on banking and financial services
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics solutions to clients
  • Strong experience of developing and deploying predictive / ML solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience managing teams of analysts and data scientists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, PySpark, or SQL
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
