As part of our commitment to expanding our team, We’re looking for resilient, motivated, and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our remote team. Included: training program, Amazon Advertising certification, mentorship, benefits, and modern, metric-driven career advancement.

Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers- Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers- Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion

Requirements:- You should have at least 0 to 4 years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers- You’re OK working from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (night shift)- Fluent in English- Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back- Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized- You’re coachable, open to feedback and mentorship
