Job Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team at Vinayak Ingredients (India) Pvt. Ltd. This role entails identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate salesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customersUnderstand customer needs and propose appropriate solutionsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materialsParticipate in industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledgePrepare and present sales proposals to prospective clientsMeet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the companyStay updated with industry trends and competitor activitiesHave handled international markets(US/Europe).

Qualifications & Skills

Only Bachelor's/Masters degree(Food science/tech or equivalent/chemistry/biochemistry/biotechnology).PGDBM/MMS/MBA preferred.Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales successStrong negotiation skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsCRM experience is preferred1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related fieldProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeedKnowledge of the food, nutraceutical or animal industry is a plusProficient in MS Office and CRM software
