Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote dental products effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Product Training:
Provide comprehensive training sessions to Waldent staff on dental products.
Educate team members on product features, benefits, and usage techniques.
Ensure staff proficiency in handling and demonstrating dental products.
Product Knowledge Enhancement:
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new dental products.
Conduct research on competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities.
Provide regular updates and insights on dental products to the Waldent team.
Customer Support:
Offer expert guidance and support to customers regarding product inquiries.
Address customer concerns or issues related to dental products promptly and effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional product support.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for dental products.
Collaborate with product manufacturers or suppliers to enhance product offerings and resolve any product-related issues.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and clients.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales performance of dental products and analyze key metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product training outcomes, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, or related field.
Proven experience in dental product sales and training, preferably in a similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of dental products, equipment, and procedures.
