**JD: Content creator**

The Dentist in the Video Content Department will be responsible for creating, directing, and supervising the production of high-quality dental video content for Dentalkart's YouTube channel.
The content will primarily focus on product usage demonstrations, general educational videos, unboxings, and expert reviews.

**Minimum 2 Years of Working Experience either in Clinical or Non Clinical Work**
- **Content Creation - **Research and script videos, ensuring they are in line with dental industry standards and Dentalkart's brand guidelines.
- **Video Production - **Coordinate with the production team to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
- **Quality Assurance - **Ensure all videos meet medical and safety guidelines, as well as Dentalkart’s quality standards.
- **SEO Optimization - **Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure videos are

**Responsibilities**
- **Audience Engagement - **Interact with viewers through comments and other social media platforms to gather feedback and topic suggestions.
- **Performance Analysis - **Regularly review analytics to understand content performance and areas for improvement.
- **Team Management - **Train and manage a small team of videographers, scriptwriters, and junior dental associates.
- **Market Research - **Stay updated on dental industry trends and popular products to feature.
- **Product Liaison - **Work closely with the procurement and product teams to select products for review and demonstration.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery from a recognized university.
- At least 1 year of clinical practice.
- Proven experience in content creation or video production is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic video editing software is advantageous but not essential.
