Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in analyzing, pretreating, and extracting critical minerals through cutting-edge hydrometallurgy.
  • Drive R&D initiatives to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Manage skilled and semi-skilled personnel, overseeing plant operations and extraction machinery.
  • Make data-driven decisions by capturing data, analyzing results, and contributing to forward-thinking strategies.
  • Provide technical oversight and on-the-job training to your team members.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Fresh Chemical Engineering Graduate: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree (preferred).
  • Hydrometallurgy Expertise: Experience in hydrometallurgy processes is a MUST.
