About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Professional to lead cross-channel campaigns, content strategy, and performance marketing for U.S. audiences. This mid-level role is designed to groom future marketing leaders through strategic exposure and global collaboration.

You'll work remotely from India, partnering with U.S.-based teams to shape and execute marketing programs that drive real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and run digital campaigns across email, social, and paid media
  • Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to align messaging and strategy
  • Create and manage content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize for ROI
  • Stay ahead of U.S. market trends and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years of marketing experience, ideally with international exposure
  • Strong command of digital tools, analytics, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with leadership potential and a growth mindset
  • Preference to an engineering graduate with MBA

Compensation & Growth

  • Compensation Structure: 80% fixed + 20% performance-linked variable
  • KPI-Driven Rewards: Based on campaign ROI, lead quality, content engagement, stakeholder feedback, and innovation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
