Job Summary:

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CA/CS professional with prior experience in a Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary firm. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in income tax, compliance, taxation, accounting, and bookkeeping. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates pursuing or who have partially completed CA/CS to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle statutory and regulatory compliance related to Income Tax, GST, ROC, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and file income tax returns, TDS returns, GST returns, and other tax documents.
  • Support in bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statements.
  • Assist in internal audits, tax audits, and statutory audits.
  • Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, etc.) and maintain general ledgers.
  • Draft and review ROC filings, resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.
  • Maintain client records and ensure timely submissions of statutory filings.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax and corporate laws and ensure compliance accordingly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and corporate compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools/software.
  • Good knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and ROC filings.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
