Job Title: IELTS Trainer
Overview:  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring, along with a strong understanding of the IELTS examination format and scoring criteria. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, helping them improve their English language skills and achieve their target scores.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive IELTS training programs tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
Monitor students' progress and track their performance through regular assessments and mock tests.
Create and administer practice tests to simulate the IELTS examination environment and familiarize students with the test format.
Stay updated on the latest developments in IELTS examination trends, materials, and resources.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses to diverse groups of students.
In-depth knowledge of the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and assessment procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and approaches based on students' individual learning styles and needs.
Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
A genuine passion for helping students succeed and achieve their academic goals.
Additional information:
Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Schedule: Day Shift
Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)
Location: Koramangala – Bangalore (This is a work from office profile)
