Job Title: IELTS Trainer

Overview:  We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring, along with a strong understanding of the IELTS examination format and scoring criteria. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, helping them improve their English language skills and achieve their target scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive IELTS training programs tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Monitor students' progress and track their performance through regular assessments and mock tests.
• Create and administer practice tests to simulate the IELTS examination environment and familiarize students with the test format.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in IELTS examination trends, materials, and resources.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS preparation courses to diverse groups of students.
• In-depth knowledge of the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and assessment procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and approaches based on students' individual learning styles and needs.
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed and achieve their academic goals.

Additional information:

• Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Schedule: Day Shift
• Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)
• Location: Koramangala – Bangalore (This is a work from office profile)
