The assignments are for a tenure of 9 months. The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/culture.

The group consists of passionate and enthusiastic engineers responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and delivering projects in the vehicle dynamics area.

This position will report to the Group Manager for Vehicle Dynamics in Bangalore.

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent - in Engineering

Work experience:  

Total Working experience of 5 years or more in the automotive domain.
Have 5 or more years of documented experience in SW development or verification of vehicle dynamics, vehicle motion control, driver assistance or automated driving related features.
Have 3 or more years of documented experience in working closely with Hardware-in-Loop, Software-in-Loop, Model-in-Loop environments either as a provider of these environments or as a user of such environments.
Have 1 or more years of documented experience where you were involved in vehicle level verification activities from time to time.
Have 1 or more years of developing and validating models in simulation tools like Simulink. 

Knowledge: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent knowledge in simulation tools SW and programing (Simulink, Python, …).
Excellent grasp of the basics of Vehicle Dynamics and Control Theory. 
Working knowledge of commercial vehicles and its applications.

Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.
Connection to physical testing – Engaged in simulation model correlation activities.
Documentation – Skilled and dedicated in securing a good documentation of performed work.
