Key activities:

  • Manage Accounts Payable Invoice Processing, Reconciliations, Indirect expenses posting & other day to day accounting.
  • Liaoning with Banks for payments, loan, bank guarantee etc.
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Keep deadlines for finalizing month - end posting including accurate calculation of accruals.
  • Prepare internal and external reporting related to monthly, quarterly and annual closing.

Key relationships:

  • Key relationships with Vendors Banks, Forex dealers, Employees and other providers of ground services.
  • Key internal relationships with Management, IT, HR & Admin.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • Degree in Finance.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and to work through a hectic work schedule.
  • Capable of handling high volume in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Driven to succeed with a professional can do attitude and work ethic, focusing on results.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast pace environment and work independently.
  • Seven - Ten years' experience.
