Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager- Global Sales and Marketing. This role calls for someone who can blend their expertise in both medical and marketing domains to drive business growth and cultivate strong relationships within the healthcare industry. Your primary responsibility will involve expanding our client base, establishing partnerships, and effectively promoting our healthcare products and services using a strategic combination of medical knowledge and marketing tactics.


Key Responsibilities:

· Research and identify potential leads across various channels such as online research, industry events, social media, and networking.

· Utilize online tools, databases, and platforms to gather contact information and pertinent data about potential clients.

· Devise and implement effective lead generation strategies targeted at specific industries, segments, or regions.

· Develop and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods to attract and engage potential clients.

· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overarching marketing campaigns and strategies.

· Evaluate leads based on pre-established criteria and initiate initial contact to understand their requirements and challenges.

· Identify, approach, and engage potential clients and partners within the healthcare sector to advance business development efforts.

· Create and execute strategic business plans aimed at achieving revenue objectives and expanding market presence.

· Work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients.

· Utilize your medical expertise to effectively communicate the value and advantages of our products and services to healthcare stakeholders, ensuring accurate and persuasive messaging.

· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth, and integrate these insights into the business strategy.

· Cultivate enduring relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and other relevant entities.

· Stay informed about industry advancements, medical research, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and adapt strategies accordingly.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, webinars, and seminars to showcase our offerings and captivate target audiences.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials, scientific content, and other resources aligned with the needs of medical professionals and organizations.

· Participate in pertinent conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and establish a strong presence within the healthcare community.

· Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.


Qualifications:

· MBA is considered a plus along with experience in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field

· Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

· Robust medical background with a deep grasp of medical terminology, products, and services. Clinical experience is an advantageous asset.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to convey complex medical concepts in a comprehensible manner.

· Strategic and analytical thinking abilities to discern market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth prospects.

· Strong interpersonal skills, fostering the capacity to build relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders.

· Driven by results, with a history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

· Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other pertinent business tools.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and events as required.
