About the role:
The Program Manager cum Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business initiatives and ensuring seamless project execution. This dual role will require you to manage critical programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data insights to optimize business performance. You will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key business programs from inception to completion.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align project goals with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to ensure program success
- Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders regarding program updates and business analysis insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in program management, business analysis or related roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
