Position Title Regional Communications Manager

Work Location : Chennai, Ambattur

Reports to : Regional Communication Leader, ZF Group.

Key Purpose : Role focuses on identifying top drivers of corporate strategy and areas where communication can add value for the listed entity - CVS India. Responsible for leading the execution of all aspects of corporate communication for the division in the Region as well as driving functional excellence/ performance, in alignment with the regional and global strategy.

Your Tasks:

Provide professional communications counsel and support to CVS India in growing the value of the business. Ensure percolation of ZF CVS Regional business strategy Within the Region, develop and run Division-specific communications programs and ensure that corporate programs are effectively implemented Support the internal communications required in the division and engage the CVS division’s growing employee base across the Region alongside promoting regional successes and sharing best practices with a global CVS team via communication channels Proactively identify highest-impact opportunities for communications support to the CVS Regional Leader. Investors relations communications. Govt. Liaison and liaison with industry bodies like ACMA, CII, IGCC , IACC, ASSOCHAM Brand building and thought leadership (ACE) in the region led by CVS Promote Global communications initiatives within the division and also collaborate with the regional team on special projects

Your Profile:

At minimum 5+ years working experience in corporate communications roles; Experience in automotive industry - passenger car or commercial vehicle; Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field Knowledge of regional media and market dynamics is essential Strong written and oral language skills, proficient command of English Skills to influence, coach and support diverse stakeholders. Proven experience in deploying integrated communication programs Ability to handle complexities in queue among multiple channels, content creators and/or agencies Ability to interface and communicate confidently with both management, agency and production staff is essential and will be complemented by a hands-on, collaborative approach Strong team player, recognizing the need to manage relationships within a global context, understanding the bigger picture Experience in multinational company structures and matrixed organizations Regional language competence is a plus
