Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Maintenance
: Design and create Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards and reports based on predefined requirements. Identify trends, insights, and

provide actionable recommendations to business teams. Regularly update and maintain existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy. Implement security and access controls for dashboards and reports.

Data Visualization:
Translate data into clear and effective visualizations for business users. Use QlikSense and PowerBI to create interactive reports that highlight key metrics and trends.

Data Gathering & Analysis:
Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms. Ensure data integrity by performing data quality checks and validation. Create DAX queries, calculated columns, and measures in Power BI for advanced analytics. Develop QlikSense scripts for data transformations and load processes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements. Collaborate with team members to optimize the use of QlikSense and Power BI features and functionalities.

Support & Troubleshooting:
Assist users with basic troubleshooting related to QlikSense and PowerBI reports and dashboards. Provide user support for navigating and interpreting data visualizations.

Essentials Skills

  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Qlik NPrinting (nice to have).
  • Experience in Python or R for data analysis.

Education Requirements & Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in Power BI and Qlik Sense development.
  • Education: MS or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
