Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Engineer at JR Enterprises. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as market research, communication with clients, sales, and marketing activities.
We are looking for:
1. Sales & Marketing Engineer for our industrial automation products set up
Location: Chandigarh (Resident Engineer to be located in Chandigarh or nearby area)
Territory to cover: Chandigarh, Mohali, Derabassi, Kala Amb, Parwanoo, Baddi, Zirakpur, Ambala and nearby area
Experience: 2-3 years of working in Industrial products
Education: B. Tech/Any Graduate

Territory to cover: Allotted territory

1. Oversee sales and marketing activities.
2. Design Strategies and set goals for growth and profitability.
3. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
4. Prepare regular reports for upper management.
5. Plan and assign daily workload to sales and service team.
6. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
7. Provide solutions to customer issues timely.
8. Build strong relationship with customer.
Skills required:
1. Strong analytical ability and high efficiency.
2. Ability to handle team independently.
3. Strong leadership qualities and work ethics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive nature.
6. Problem solving aptitude.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Manager at JR Enterprises. He will be stationed in Jalandhar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer complaints, Installations progress, AMC, communication with clients, service and aftersales activities, Parts ordering and day to day customer interactions and visits to customers.
