Design Engineer with proven expertise in the lab furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be adept at developing accurate and detailed 2D & 3D drawings for all types of laboratory furniture items, ensuring precision, quality, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop 2D & 3D CAD drawings for laboratory furniture products (tables, cabinets, fume hoods, storage units, etc.).
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
  • Interpret technical specifications and translate them into detailed design layouts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, durability, and ergonomic standards for lab furniture.
  • Make modifications to designs as per client feedback or site conditions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a lab furniture manufacturing company (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of materials, fittings, and finishes used in laboratory furniture.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 6 to 7.5 LPA (negotiable for deserving candidates)
