Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
