We're Hiring: Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) – Bangalore

Software Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
  • Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise robust solutions.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members across the stack.
  • Contribute to command line utilities and data processing scripts.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong expertise in 
    Ruby
     and 
    Ruby on Rails
    .
  • Solid grasp of 
    OOP & functional programming in Ruby
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    MVC architecture, ORM, RESTful APIs
    .
  • Skilled in designing and maintaining 
    database schemas
    .
  • Proficiency with external and embedded databases.
  • Experience with 
    automated testing platforms & unit tests
    .
  • Strong knowledge of version control (
    Git, Mercurial, or SVN
    ).
  • Familiarity with 
    Bower, Bundler, Rake
     and 
    CI/CD processes
    .
