Job Description : Senior Palo Alto Networking Engineer

Experience Required : 8 - 14 years

Location : Pune, India

Notice Period: 0-15 days

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Palo Alto Networking Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a key member of our networking team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Palo Alto Networks solutions across our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :'


- Design, configure, and implement Palo Alto firewalls and related technologies.


- Conduct network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies.


- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement network standards, policies, and procedures.


- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.


- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.



- Develop automation scripts and tools for proactive maintenance and management of network Skills and Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- 8-14 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies.


- In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto firewall platforms (PA-3000, PA-5000, PA-5200 series) and Panorama.


- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex firewall policies and configurations.


- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, etc.).


- Experience with network security practices and techniques.


- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.


- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, or equivalent are highly Requirements :

Note : This position is based in Pune, India.
