Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive (Generalist) to handle end-to-end HR functions in our interior design firm. The role involves managing recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar staff, employee engagement, compliance, payroll support, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations knowledge and the ability to manage a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar (designers, engineers, office staff) and blue-collar (carpenters, site workers, technicians) roles.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and manage candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate final rounds with management.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, leave, and attendance.
  • Ensure smooth payroll coordination with accounts.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist management in manpower planning and workforce allocation for projects.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience .
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment (white-collar & blue-collar).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and team management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
  • Male candidates preferred.
