Job Title : Officer – OHS & Quality Job Designation: AM - OHS & Quality Job Type: Fulltime Location: MUMBAI Experience: 5 + No of Positions: 1 Shift: Day Eligibility Criteria : Bachelor’s degree in related field (Health and safety ) Basic Skills Required : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent project management skills Certificate in occupational health and safety Roles and Responsibilities : Developing, implementing and reviewing the organizational health and safety management systems Conducting Contractor’s OHS evaluation, monitoring and management Incidents and accidents investigation and compiling of incident statistics Coordinating Health and Safety induction of new employees in conjunction with HR department Coordinating Health and Safety committee activities Updating and maintaining the Legal register Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy. Developing and implementing quality processes in circle Understand customer quality requirements and drive them in circle Field visits for on job training and building model sites – Min 2 days in a week Conduct monthly quality review meeting with circle delivery team Implementation of OHS and quality RSA (Remote site audit) process in circle to ensure first time acceptance by customer Maintain database, do proper analysis, circulate daily, weekly and monthly quality & OHS dashboard Implement reward and penalty process in circle
