Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable web applications, backend systems, and integrating various services using Python.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying software solutions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend components and services using Python.

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components and third-party services.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Database Management :

- Design and manage databases, including relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

- Perform database migrations, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.

Web Frameworks :

- Utilize Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI to build and deploy web applications.

- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.

Testing and Debugging :

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform thorough debugging to ensure code reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.

- Communicate effectively to understand requirements, provide updates, and propose solutions.

DevOps and Deployment :

- Deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage server environments.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process and ensure smooth integration and delivery.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and processes.

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and its standard libraries.

- Experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is advantageous.

- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

Experience :

- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Proven experience in developing and deploying web applications.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing skills.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with asynchronous programming (e. g., asyncio, Celery).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with GraphQL.

- Experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.

- Understanding of web security best practices.
