Job Title : Python Developer

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Backend Python Developer to join our development team. As a Backend Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and APIs that power our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, implement efficient and scalable solutions, and ensure the overall performance and reliability of our backend systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Python.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Implement security measures and data protection strategies to safeguard sensitive information.

- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in production environments.

- Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in backend development and propose innovative solutions to enhance our systems.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Backend Python Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and related frameworks such as Django or Flask.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Experience with developing RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend applications.

- Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) and SQL query optimization.

- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of other programming languages, such as JavaScript or Go.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with message queue systems, such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka.

- Understanding of caching mechanisms, such as Redis or Memcached.

- Knowledge of scalable and distributed systems architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Confluence.
