Key Responsibilities: Perform outbound calls to potential students/parents, introducing Xylem's advantages for NEET & JEE prep. Articulate our program benefits clearly, addressing concerns and building trust. Nurture leads through the decision-making journey to successful enrollment. Diligently update the CRM system with interaction notes and lead status. Collaborate with the team to share insights and refine outreach approaches. We're Looking For: Exceptional communication and convincing interpersonal skills. Resilience and a proactive, results-driven attitude. A keen interest in the education sector, especially competitive exams. A current student or recent graduate eager to learn sales fundamentals. Basic proficiency in English and the regional language.
