Job Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Conversion  Follow up on leads from telecallers, campaigns, digital channels, and referrals.  Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their requirements.  Handle assigned prospects efficiently, including initiating calls when required to understand needs and move them along the sales funnel.  Match client needs with suitable inventory and offerings. 2. Sales Pitch & Closures  Present the product effectively via in-person meetings or virtual presentations.  Proactively reach out to prospects via calls or digital channels when needed to reinforce interest and drive decision-making.  Highlight project USPs, investment returns, and differentiators.  Manage the full sales cycle from site visit coordination to closure. 3. Client Servicing  Address client queries, objections, and concerns promptly.  Ensure clear communication regarding payment plans, documentation, and timelines.  Maintain high post-visit and post-sale engagement to reduce drop-offs. 4. Site Visit Management  Personally conduct or manage site visits for serious prospects.  Ensure every site visit is logged, followed up, and driven toward closure.
