Job Responsibilities 1. Lead Management & Conversion Follow up on leads from telecallers, campaigns, digital channels, and referrals. Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to understand their requirements. Handle assigned prospects efficiently, including initiating calls when required to understand needs and move them along the sales funnel. Match client needs with suitable inventory and offerings. 2. Sales Pitch & Closures Present the product effectively via in-person meetings or virtual presentations. Proactively reach out to prospects via calls or digital channels when needed to reinforce interest and drive decision-making. Highlight project USPs, investment returns, and differentiators. Manage the full sales cycle from site visit coordination to closure. 3. Client Servicing Address client queries, objections, and concerns promptly. Ensure clear communication regarding payment plans, documentation, and timelines. Maintain high post-visit and post-sale engagement to reduce drop-offs. 4. Site Visit Management Personally conduct or manage site visits for serious prospects. Ensure every site visit is logged, followed up, and driven toward closure.
