Degree: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Law.Knowledge & Skills: Prior work experience of the Contract Law, Municipal Laws, Labour Laws and Shops and Establishments Rules, Food Safety and Standard Act, Legal Metrology Act, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Transfer of Property Act, CPC, Consumer Protection Act, Banking Laws. The candidate should be familiar with Civil & Criminal Court procedures and Court rules, and should have a fair understanding of the Intellectual Property LawsUnderstanding and application of legal procedures in relation to application of licenses, forms under applicable lawsSkills in drafting, vetting and reviewing of any kind of legal documents/papersBasic understanding of retail operations and the commercial aspects of the businessMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills
