Junior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Associate to join our team at Chambers of NIdhi Raman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support in Litigation Chambers, with a focus on Civil and PMLA matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive briefing and case notes.
  • Draft and review Appeals, Writ Petitions, and other pleadings.
  • Supervise the filing of cases by clerks before the High Court and other Tribunals.
  • Assist in hearings before Courts and Tribunals.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to cases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Litigation Chambers.
  • Strong knowledge of Administrative law and Constitutional law.
  • Excellent research and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that only candidates with post-qualification experience will be considered for this role.
