The Artwork Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational execution of packaging and artwork development projects, ensuring programs are effectively managed to meet set deadlines. This role ensures timely coordination of activities such as tracking project goal dates, meeting launch timelines, and actively driving the execution of artwork-related tasks. The coordinator works across cross-functional teams, manages workflows, and supports the broader strategic goals of the Packaging & Artwork function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong program management aligned with defined timelines and deliverables, possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and bring a collaborative mindset to the role.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of packaging and artwork development/revision projects for domestic and export markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, QA, QC, RA, SCM, Production, Purchase) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of artwork and packaging components.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams, Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
Artwork Life cycle Management
- Tracking of all Artworks and related activities for its entire life cycle management for ensuring compliance in terms of Regulatory & QMS.
Regulatory Support for artworks
- Collaborating with Regulatory teams actively for timely revision of artworks for ensuring the compliance.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of artwork versions, approvals, and packaging specifications.
- Support MIS reporting and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-7 years of work experience with 3–6 years of experience in any Drug or packaging development project coordination or any project management in pharma/biotech.
- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders management skills.
- Proficiency in Project management tools & tracking applications.
