Maintain trackers for samples, orders, quality checks, and shipments. Share regular status reports internally and with buyers.What We’re Looking For: ✅ 3–6 years' experience in hardgoods exports (glass, metal, wood, ceramics) ✅ Strong communication skills – written & verbal ✅ Hands-on with production follow-up, quality monitoring & documentation ✅ Good with Excel & reporting tools ✅ Proactive, detail-oriented & deadline-driven
