We are seeking a Senior Specialists who have passion in creating software craftsmanship to join our Technology Architecture leadership group and spearhead our architectural initiatives.Job Summary: As a part of the architecture group, you will be responsible for defining and guiding the technical architecture principals of our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are scalable, secure, and maintainable, while aligning with business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in driving technological innovation and architectural excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive architectural strategy that aligns with the product vision and long-term business objectives.Design Leadership: Oversee the design of complex software and technology architectures, ensuring high-quality solutions that are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly following global best practices.Technology Roadmap: Establish and maintain a technology roadmap that incorporates emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring the continuous evolution of our product architecture.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with market (geo), sales, product management, engineering, and QA teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural solutions that meet customer needs.Standards and Best Practices: Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to enhance product quality and team productivity.Innovation Think Tank: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies, and encouraging experimentation within the engineering teams.Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to technical teams, enhancing their skills and promoting a collaborative environment focused on excellence.Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate architectural vision and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.Risk Management: Identify architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability and security of our products.Gap mitigation: Identify solution gaps and work on mitigation plan for those identified gaps.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;

Master’s degree preferred. Specialization, Certification wherever necessary.Professional certification: TOGAF, CEAP, CA (open Group), Cloud Solution Architect, Designing Thinking, etc. will be preferred. Experience: 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 7 years in an architecture leadership role within a product software company.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices for cloud-based applications following Continuous Integration, Continuous-Deployment using Devops philosophies.Product Focus: Experience in designing and developing scalable product software, with a strong understanding of user experience and performance optimization.Data & AI: demonstrable knowledge and experience of Data & AI architecture patterns, and hands on solutioning and delivery experience of the same.Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture, along with containerization technologies.Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with SAFE development methodologies and DevOps practices.Project Management: Must be conversant with project management methodology and guide team in proper execution planning of solutions without compromising the desired outcomes. Should have strong knowledge of solution costing, optimizing and pre-sales support.Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results.At Aurionpro, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical future of our product offerings and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
