As we enter a high-growth phase, we are expanding our Transactions team and looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Acquisition Associate to join us.
What you’ll do
Support Acquisitions, Transactions, and Operations teams to ensure smooth property transactions from sourcing to completion.
Manage due diligence tasks, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
Maintain transaction records and prepare reports.
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English).
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in property, legal, or administrative processes.
Nice to have
Experience in real estate, property transactions, legal support, or administrative roles.
Familiarity with CRM or transaction management systems.
