As we enter a high-growth phase, we are expanding our Transactions team and looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Acquisition Associate to join us.
What you’ll do
- Support Acquisitions, Transactions, and Operations teams to ensure smooth property transactions from sourcing to completion.
- Manage due diligence tasks, documentation, and follow-ups with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress transactions efficiently.
- Maintain transaction records and prepare reports.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written English).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Proactive mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in property, legal, or administrative processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in real estate, property transactions, legal support, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with CRM or transaction management systems.
