We’d love to meet you.The Role: Learning FacilitatorSubjects : EnglishGrades : Primary & Middle SchoolLocation : Kannuru, Hennur-Bagalur Road, North BangaloreType : Full-TimeTimings : Mon–Fri (8 AM–5.30 PM) + alternate SaturdaysWhat You'll DoYou will:Plan child-centric learning experiences aligned with our pedagogyDesign lessons, games, and provocations that make children wonder, connect, and exploreFacilitate immersive sessions with openness to children's ideas and feedbackReflect, document, and co-learn from children's observationsCollaborate across disciplines to deliver connected, purpose-based learningCommunicate with parents regularly as learning partnersInnovate and iterate—because no plan is ever perfect, and every child is differentParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and reflection cyclesWhat We're Looking ForQualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Ed optional but valuable if paired with mindset and skills)Experience : 3–5 years working with children or in creative/educational fieldsEnglish Language ArtsDeep understanding of language acquisition, comprehension, and expressionAbility to guide students in reading deeply, writing purposefully, and speaking confidentlyExperience designing reading journeys, author studies, creative writing provocations, and literature circlesComfort with integrating vocabulary, grammar, and structure meaningfully not in isolationSubject-Specific Knowledge & Experience At Sparkling Mindz, English is more than a subject, it’s a gateway toidentity, imagination, and impact .
