Urgent Opening – HRO Department(Associate to SME Level) | Leading Shared Services | GurgaonRole Objective:Support end-to-end HRO lifecycle (Hire to Retire) activities, focusing on Data Entry & Pre-Payroll operations for the MEA region, including new hire setup, payroll inputs, terminations, attendance management, and employee data updates in ERP systems, ensuring SLA adherence on TAT and accuracy.Key Accountabilities:- Hands-on experience in HRO – H2R processes- Proficient in HR ERP tools (SAP, Workday, etc.)- Manage employee data transactions and payroll inputs- Handle email queries and ensure timely resolution- Maintain process accuracy, TAT, and compliance with SLAs- Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills- Excellent written and verbal communicationShift Details:- Region: MEA (middle east region)- Shift Window: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (General Shift)- Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday- No office transport providedFor Specialist level Success Factor is mandatory.Location: GurgaonInterested candidates can share their resumes at Immediate joiners preferred.
