If you’ve got experience under your belt and are ready to serve up some smiles, keep reading What You’ll Be Doing: Serving with a Smile: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to our residents, staff, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Creating Connections: Build relationships with our residents, offering a friendly chat while you serve their favorite drinks and snacks. Keeping the Café Cozy: Help maintain the café’s cleanliness and organisation, making sure everything is ready for a relaxing experience. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience working in a café or hospitality setting is essential (you know your way around an espresso machine). Heart: A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and making their day a little brighter. People Skills: Friendly, patient, and a great listener—our residents love a chat Why Volunteer with Us?
