Area Collection Manager

We at ARIS Capital Private Limited are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Collection Manager in our Baroda Corporate Office.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage collection activities to ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing assets and improve recovery rates.
  • Lead, train and monitor the collection team to achieve performance targets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and company policies in all collection processes.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
  • Must have minimum 1 year of experience in collections role (Vehicle loan preferred).
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Must have basic knowledge about NBFC industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
