Manage team of quality analysts with good interpersonal, client and people management skillAbility to audit the deliverables (Audit on Auditor) to check the accuracy of auditorsInter region co-ordination and execution of deliverablesPerformance management of Quality analystsPoint of contact to clients in driving efficient Quality management systemEnsure reporting of Quality performance and audit finding to respective stake holders.To convey audit findings to the production managers and corporate leadership.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Drive and Implement Corrective and preventive actions.
