Role: Project Manager – Operational Excellence

We are seeking a Project Manager – Operational Excellence to work closely with our manufacturing clients at their plants. In this role, you will analyze processes, identify opportunities, and support deployment of digital solutions that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, throughput, and quality. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to manufacturing industry challenges while building deep expertise in smart factories and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client teams to map manufacturing processes (production, quality, logistics, etc.) and identify bottlenecks.
  • Analyze workflows and recommend targeted process improvements.
  • Lead deployment of digiXLT's shopfloor digitalization and operational excellence solutions, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
  • Monitor KPIs to measure impact on utilization, productivity, and quality.
  • Conduct cost and performance assessments (machines, labor, materials) to drive ROI-focused outcomes.
  • Build capability by training client teams on process excellence and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 / digital manufacturing solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to engage both shopfloor teams and senior leadership.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
