Job Description

As a Digital Product Designer your goal is to understand business needs and the product requirement, empathize with the people who will be using it and transform one’s understanding of the product/service with a user centric approach. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Work Location: Bangalore

What we are looking for

Passion for design along with a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilitiesProblem-solving attitude and continuous learning approachProven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, defining problem statement, user stories, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, Information design and usability testingShould have understanding on Gen AI and AI toolsShould be able to work on various interfacesProficient in creating designs in FigmaExcellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsSkills commensurable to 2+ years of professional experience in interaction and user interface design

What you will do:

Excellent storytelling skills to generate empathy, craft a vision, design for impact, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skillsBrainstorm concepts, competitor study, create mockups, finalize direction then translate into intuitive designs.Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needsCreate or work within the visual style guide of the brand that communicates the identity, including the screen layouts, colour palettes, typography, user interface elements, and iconsCreatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlinesCommunicate design intent to the stakeholders and teams.
