Description The Professional Services, Digital Business Operations (DBO) is a 2-year-old team in Accounting Domain, Group COO function that primarily drives Chief Finance Office (CFO) change initiatives. This role is for a Business Subject Matter Expert (BPSME) in DBO team to deliver strategic, regulatory, and process optimization book of work in partnership with Finance (RTB), Front Office, Technology, Desk Quant Strats and other relevant stakeholders. Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your Key Responsibilities Overview of the key responsibilities is as follows: Drive onboarding of Bank’s trading books across different asset classes (e.g. IB Fixed Income, IB GFX, Corporate Bank) on in-house strategic Trade Capture, Valuation as well as P&L platforms Frequently liaison with Technology, Desk Strats, Operations and Finance (RTB) in multiple locations to drive change initiatives Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of project milestones Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and influence stakeholders to support change agenda Supports UAT, go-live activities including but not limited to cut-over activities and operational readiness, and provides post-go live support during “warranty” period. Your Skills and Experience You must have 2+ years of experience with good knowledge of financial products, PnL concepts and a desire to work on new system applications and tools. Domain Skills In-depth knowledge of relevant Finance P&L processes, knowledge of Front-to-back system flow and trade life-cycle event Financial Product know-how Good to have Experience of delivering change or improvements to processes Communication Skills Strong stakeholder management skills across various seniority levels Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels Ability to visualize complex topics to converse with stakeholders Soft Skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Analytical and pro-active thinking Ability to work to and meet deadlines under time pressure Dedicated, self-reflecting and willing to learn Educational Qualifications Degree with a concentration in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or Banking How we’ll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career.
