market trends & competitor activities Build a strong brand presence through strategic sales initiatives Manage customer relationships and handle escalations effectively What We're Looking For: Freight forwarding industry experience is a must 12-15 years of
sales experience , with at least
3-4 years in a leadership role Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills Expertise in
key trade lanes
