Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and increase brand awareness for our land development projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and sales campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and partners to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to real estate marketing.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a marketing team, drive collaboration, and achieve results.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
