Responsibilities and Duties: ● Lead and guide the counseling team in effectively communicating with students and parents in Kannada or Tamil. ● Oversee and ensure quality counseling on course details, admission procedures, and career opportunities. ● Manage and monitor lead flow, ensuring timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound calls. ● Evaluate student profiles and preferences to recommend the most suitable courses or programs. ● Track and analyze counseling performance, maintaining accurate data of inquiries, applications, and conversions in CRM systems. ● Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to streamline the student onboarding process. ● Stay informed about educational programs, institutional offerings, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance. ● Drive enrollment targets, motivate the counseling team, and ensure high levels of student satisfaction. Requirements ● Must be proficient in Kannada or Tamil (knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage).
