Requirements:

CS Qualification (Preferably pursuing or completed).

0–1 year experience in corporate compliance, legal documentation, and secretarial work.

Strong knowledge of ROC filings, company law, and corporate governance.

Familiarity with online portals such as MCA, GST, FSSAI, IEC, GEM, and Trade License portals.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
