Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager with strong data collection, management, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a talent for understanding stakeholder needs and presenting information clearly and efficiently.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze data using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and interactive dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand and manage program logistics, providing data and support as required.
  • Support academic departments with program administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Liaise efficiently with various departments and external parties.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on program outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a supervisory capacity at a college, university, or institute of higher education.
  • Familiarity with academic institutions platforms.
